· Any client of Oceana HUB Center is entitled to obtain a Use of Permit from the Permit Offices of the Municipal Government of Caguas if:
You maintain a Private and/or Dedicated Office, Coworking Space or Virtual Office in Oceana HUB Center premises for a minimum of one year (agreement must be made, paid and signed to present to Municipality).
Obtain any Oceana HUB Center Coworking Monthly Package, Dedicated Office Package or Virtual Office with a contract of one year (minimum) and a payment in advance of that year in contract is required.
For Private Offices (only), a contract of one year and one month deposit is required.
